Select whether you are a broker, agent or group administrator "enter your ID and Password". Now you can update and manage your online information and web site in REAL-TIME.

The highlighted section is your HELP SECTION you can turn this "off" when you no longer need it. This first tab is general information and is usually input by our sales representative when you join us online. You will not need to revisit this button unless something changes like E-mail preferences, set up preferences, telephone number, address or logo. This is the data TREO uses to create your presence and contact information on the Internet.

Setting up your Basic Information and Preferences

A : This section is not required if you are "importing data" into your web site

Import Listings from another location:

Click on Import, enter the appropriate information and start the import.

You will be prompted to import photo’s click "yes" then enter addresses when asked.

Once your data is in the system you can do most anything with it.

You can mail it, forward it, or post it to Yahoo and other sites on the web. You can edit it, re-assign it, see a list of all your listings or layout magazine pages and send them to your printer. See magazine layout section


This is a residential form… use it to add or change information. You can add photos or Virtual Tours.
Real-time or Manual Input System:
Choose the agent, type of listing, residential, commercial, lease, etc.

 

Adding photo’s to your listings is an easy process.
If you haven’t done so already we recommend that you create a folder on your hard-drive called listings.
Scan the photo, size it to 300-400 pixels wide, and name it the address of the property like 123-Anywhere St.
When you’re ready to upload it click on the Browse button in your administration. Go to your hard-drive and get the listing photo… give it a caption or name, add more than one photo and create a virtual tour.
*We recommend naming your captions what they are, like front view, side view, pool view etc.


Magazine Layout
How much time do you spend collecting pictures and layout out lines of ad copy?
If it’s more than 20 minutes a page you’re wasting time.
  • Our system will import pictures and listing information from your website into the layout of your choice.
  • From drop down menus in your back-office simply select the listings by address you wish to use and click "NEXT".
  • Now you select your company and agent options like logos, headers, footers and agent pictures then "Finish"
That’s it, your done. Now click the " SEND" button and its on its way to your printer.. Add agent pictures, change company logos, customize cover pages or just use the pre-made templates that uses your existing company information with one of our 20 page formats. If you wish to use another Header, select Header Library where you can add as many custom logo’s and banners as you wish..


The Entire Help Section and Training manual is available online at http://www.texasproperties.com/login. Just login in Demo mode and click away, nothing really happens but all the functionality is there to see or print out at your convenience.
