Yes.  Although we strongly recommend maintaining your listings in house, we will service your web site for an additional fee . The service is designed to help clients that do not have sufficient time, equipment or knowledge to maintain their database but wish to use this media to advertise for sellers and prospect for buyers. The following criteria is necessary for us to perform this task.
(1). All listings must be submitted on the appropriate form. "Click the appropriate PROPERTY TYPE below"

(2). Photographs can be mailed or email to our office. E-mail to
       info@amerisale.com or mail to the address above (print) "LISTINGS ENCLOSED" on the outside of the envelope.
 
(3). Customers that wish their photo's returned must provide us with a self addressed stamped envelope of adequate size and appropriate postage.
(4). Listings will be processed in the order they are received (usually within 3 days).
(5). Amerisale is not responsible for accuracy of the listing nor do we guarantee any timeliness in regards to the information being added to the database.
(6). Each listing form must be signed (no listing will be processed without signature). You will be billed the following month for any services requested and processed.
(7). Changes, additions, and or modifications  to Front Pages and sub pages will be charged
 

• $75.00 per hours for members
• $125.00 per hour for non-members
