Office Policy and Client Relationship
Our property owner, investors, and landlord had requested us to pre-qualify the buyer prior to showing their property to prospective buyers/tenants. We would like to have a copy of your financial record with the authority to submit to the owner landlord with application/letter of intent.
The official policy required to work with the buyers/tenants when they sign exclusive buyer tenant exclusive agency agreement.
If you are just making inquiries about the commercial market in the area, we will charge $50 per hour plus pass through expenses for search consultancy fee.
